Her expertise includes communications and marketing\, event-planning and fundraising. She has been a Constant Contact business partner for many years. When not working to revitalize downtowns and small businesses\, Jennifer is a poet and writer. She is the author of two books\, The Old Direction of Heaven and Hometown for an Hour.\n\n\n\nJennifer will speak about "5 Steps for Holiday Marketing Success\," with an overview of online marketing through websites\, listings and reviews\, social media\, email marketing\, content and paid ads. Though primarily intended for retailers and service businesses\, attendees from any industry should be able to benefit from this presentation.
