Join the Waltham Chamber of Commerce at the 2025 Annual Business Meeting. We'd like to invite our members to come together as we begin our 108th year.
We are very excited to announce that our keynote speaker will be Bryan J. Koop, Executive Vice President for the Boston Region of bxp.
Bryan J. Koop serves as Executive Vice President, Boston Region. Prior to his appointment to this position in January 2016, Mr. Koop served as Senior Vice President and Regional Manager of BXP?s Boston office since 2000. Mr. Koop is responsible for overseeing the development, acquisitions and operations of the Boston Region?s 16 million square foot portfolio. Iconic properties include Prudential Center, Hub on Causeway, Atlantic Wharf and 200 Clarendon Street. Prior to joining BXP in 2000, Mr. Koop served as a Trammell Crow Company Partner from 1982 to 2000 where his career covered high-rise office building leasing and the development of commercial office buildings and shopping centers. From 1993 to 2000, he led the Trammell Crow Company?s New England region, which included all commercial office and shopping center operations. Previous Community positions include Chairman of the Back Bay Association, Global Governing Trustee of the Urban Land Institute and Director-Founder of the Kendall Square Association. Mr. Koop is a Founding Director of the Boston Green Ribbon Commission. Mr. Koop received a BBA and an MBA from Texas Christian University.
