The Baker Center for Children and Families at Waltham (BCW) is seeking passionate and exceptional Licensed Independent Clinical Social Workers (LICSW's) and Licensed Mental Health Counselors (LMHC's)!
BCW is a brand new, state-of-the-art mental health outpatient clinic and a program of the well-established and highly regarded, Judge Baker Children’s Center, a Boston-based Harvard Medical School affiliate, that’s been in existence since 1917, and offers a unique variety of highly effective programs. POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
Reporting to the Clinical Director, who is bright, experienced, energetic, caring, an active listener, flexible, and an innovative and inspirational leader, the Licensed Social Workers and Licensed Mental Health Counselors will provide high quality mental health treatments to a culturally diverse population of children and young adults ages 2-22, utilizing evidence-based practice (EBP).  Individuals complete all clinical documentation, conduct diagnostic and biopsychosocial assessments, coordinate care with families, other providers, schools, government agencies, and others, as appropriate, and provides consultation services as needed.  Additionally, responds to utilization review (UR), audit requests and feedback, promptly, and performs other initiatives, as needed.
QUALIFICATIONS:
LMHC or LICSW in good standing in Massachusetts
Experience or familiarity with evidence-based practices (CBT and/or BPT are especially beneficial)
CANS certification, or eligibility to complete CANS training
Ability to analyze and utilize outcomes from data, and excellent written and verbal communication skills
Computer proficiency, including knowledge of Microsoft Word, and experience working with electronic medical/health records (EMR/EHR)

The ability to work Full-Time, or as a Fee-for-Service Clinician.  Fee-for Service Clinicians must work 15 billable hours per week.
