Bailemos Studio Intro:
Bailemos Studio is a vibrant, multicultural arts education institution under Boston Global Dance Education LLC since 2020. With campuses in Quincy and Waltham, we currently serve over 300 children and youth, offering a wide range of programs including children’s dance, youth dance, adult dance, and various specialized dance projects.
Beyond dance training, Bailemos has established itself as an international dance community platform. Through hosting an annual international dance festival and delivering school-based dance programs, we connect dancers, students, and art enthusiasts worldwide. These initiatives have shaped Bailemos’ distinctive educational philosophy and positioned it as an important window for the promotion and development of dance arts.

Community Outreach Coordinator
Pay: $18.00 – $28.00 per hour
Location: Waltham/ Quincy
Job Type: Part-time 15-32hrs

Overview
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Community Outreach Coordinator to lead outreach initiatives and foster strong relationships within the community. This role is essential in promoting our programs, engaging volunteers, and addressing public health issues. The ideal candidate will combine leadership, project management, marketing knowledge, and strong communication skills to advocate for our mission and drive meaningful community engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement outreach programs aligned with organizational goals and community needs
Recruit, train, and supervise volunteers to ensure effective program delivery
Conduct public speaking engagements to raise awareness and foster community involvement
Oversee project management tasks, ensuring timely execution of outreach activities and events
Collaborate with marketing teams to create promotional materials and manage social media platforms
Collect and analyze data to assess program impact and inform future strategies
Engage in fundraising activities to support program sustainability
Provide addiction counseling support as needed (knowledge in public health/social work preferred)
Lead workshops or teaching sessions to educate the community on relevant topics
Qualifications / Experience
Background in Marketing, Business, or related fields preferred
Experience in volunteer management, including recruiting and supervising volunteers
Strong public speaking skills with experience engaging diverse audiences
Demonstrated ability in program development and project management in a community-focused environment
Experience with marketing strategies, data collection, and social media management
Background in addiction counseling or public health preferred, but not required
Leadership experience demonstrating the ability to inspire teams toward common goals
Administrative experience including organizing events, managing schedules, and maintaining records
Familiarity with fundraising techniques to support community initiatives
