Lead / Assistant Teacher – Bailemos After School Program
Bailemos After School Program:
In 2025, we will launch the Bailemos After School Program, with full implementation planned for 2026. Established as a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, this program integrates dance, creative learning, and academic support to help students grow academically, socially, and emotionally.
Mission-Integrated Introduction:
Many students are still struggling with the social effects of isolation caused by the COVID-19 pandemic. In today’s world, our children need more than academics — they need connection, confidence, and compassion. At Bailemos, our mission is to use dance as a bridge to explore culture, creativity, and human stories, empowering students to thrive socially, emotionally, and academically.
We are facing a generation of students who may know less about human history, culture, and experience than ever before. Through our humanities-based approach, Bailemos blends movement with meaning, fostering empathy, cultural understanding, and self-expression. In this way, we fulfill our mission of nurturing not only skilled dancers, but thoughtful, engaged global citizens.
